Our story
A closer look
The House of Grace Association was founded in 2018 in the village of Pulum-Parombo, Uganda, when Sister Beatrice decided to take care of some orphans, hosting them in a hut.
After three weeks, House of Grace moves to Nebbi , about 30 km from Parombo.
In Nebbi, Sister Beatrice found better accommodation: a larger house, with land outside to grow legumes, vegetables, and tubers, and plant fruit trees, essential to ensuring a minimum level of food self-sufficiency.
To date, House of Grace provides protection, care and affection to 16 children and young people, aged between 5 and 19.
At House of Grace, children have found a second family and with it a second chance at a better future.
Our Mission
Our mission, thanks to the support of all our donors, is to ensure the safety and well-being of the orphaned children hosted at House of Grace, providing them with education, healthcare, nutrition, and a dignified upbringing. Our goal is to provide every child with equal opportunities, giving them a second chance at life.
